To Lead, you have to learn to follow

No matter how hard it is to watch people run in circles and know you can stop it, you have to learn to shut up. That doesn't mean your letting something important into ruin but it just means that it's not your chance to lead just yet. Power is a mystery, when you don't have it, it's all you want! you talk about how stupid your leaders lack of this and that. you can almost taste the  success if you were given the chance. it's almost blinding sometimes, so rich in your imagination. But no matter how you don't agree you have to swallow every envy and pride you have inside and follow. Because in order to be a great leader you have to learn to be a great follower also. or how else would things be done if every time you fight a leader that is trying to do a common good?
